West Nusa Tenggara

West Nusa Tenggara (Indonesian: Nusa Tenggara Barat – NTB) is a province of Indonesia. West Nusa Tenggara consists of the island of Lombok and Sumbawa Island, and has an area of  20.153,15 km².  The capital of West Nusa Tenggara is Mataram.

Here are some nice places to visit in West Nusa Tenggara : Istana Sultan Bima, Gili Meno, Pusa Lingsar, Suranadi, Pulau Moyo, Danau Lebok Taliwang, Pura Meru, Pantai Sira, Pantai Senggigi, Batu Bolong, Gunung Pengsong, Dalam Loka Taman Maruya, Gunung Tambora, Liang Petang.

Traditional Dance

Tari Mpaa Lenggogo is a dance that used to welcome the birth of the prophet Muhammad. This dance is often performed at wedding ceremonies.

Traditional House

Rumah Istana Sultan Sumbawa is stilts made of teak wood. Consists of two floors with several rooms, like the hall, the front porch, family room, and kitchen.

Traditional Weapon

Tulup is one of the traditional weapons Sasak, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Tulup usually made of meranti wood. As bullets, used pieces of stick of palm trees, which is called ancar.
